Prepared Meals & Family Style Meals (All meals are fully cooked)
Heat in the oven (350*) or until the desired temperature is reached. 15-20 mins for individual (Double time for family styles)
Steaks | Meats
Pan-seared first for a nice crust to form, 2-3mins.
Grill or place into the oven at 350°F*
Approx 10-20min | Use Your Best Judgment.
(128* internal temperature for medium rare).
Allow 5-10 mins of rest for maximum flavor.
Chicken Wings | Chicken Breast | Turkey Tips
Heat oven to 350 | Cook for 15-20 mins until golden & crispy or cooked through.
Raw Chicken Breast degree starts at 165*
Stuffed Quahogs (Microwave 1 min) .
Heat the oven to 350* | Cook for 8-10 mins until
heated through.
Frozen Pizza (Please keep frozen)
Heat oven to 400* | Cook for 18 mins
Raw Stuffed Chicken
Heat oven for 425* for 10 mins | lower temperature to 325* to another 10 mins (internal temp in 165*)
Fully Cooked Ribs
Heat oven for 350* | Re-heat for 12-15 mins
Salmon Filets
Sear flesh side down for 2-3mins
Place into 350* oven for 8-10 mins
Holiday appetizers, side orders and main entrees are all fully cooked - just need to be reheated
Heat in the oven (350*) 30-40 mins for ½ - full pans or until the desired temperature is reached.
Candied Bacon Skewers (pre-cooked)
Heat oven for 350* | (Own Preference) cook 5-7 mins
Vegetable Sides & Potatoes Side Cooler
Fully Cooked | Reheat to your liking
Frozen Pasta | Ravioli, Tortellini
Boil water, drop pasta in water | cook for 4-5 mins wait till pasta floats | drain water add desired sauce
