Barrels & Boards Marketplace

By accessing or using this website (“Site”) or purchasing products or services from Barrels & Boards Marketplace (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Website
This Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with Site security

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse Site content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products and services are subject to availability

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice

  • Product descriptions and photos are representative and not guaranteed exact

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors

Orders & Payments

  • Payment is due at time of purchase unless otherwise stated

  • Applicable Massachusetts sales tax will be applied as required by law

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Catering, Pre-Orders & Special Orders

  • Catering and pre-orders may require advance notice and minimum purchase amounts

  • Deposit and cancellation terms will be disclosed at time of booking

  • Cancellations outside stated timelines may result in forfeiture of deposits

Custom or special-order items may be non-refundable.
Pickup, Food Safety & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for timely pickup of orders

  • Once food leaves our premises, responsibility for proper storage, handling, and consumption transfers to the customer

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or late pickups

Food items are prepared in accordance with Massachusetts food safety regulations.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of food:

  • All food sales are final

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only for incorrect or defective items and at our discretion

  • Non-food retail items may be eligible for exchange with proof of purchase

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection Act).
Gift Cards (Massachusetts Compliance)

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by Massachusetts law

  • Any remaining balance of $5.00 or less must be redeemable for cash upon request

  • Gift cards may not expire, except promotional cards which may carry disclosed restrictions

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced

Promotions & Offers

  • Promotions are subject to stated terms, availability, and expiration

  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • Promotional gift cards or bonuses may have additional restrictions

 

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, logos, images, menus, and branding—is the property of Barrels & Boards Marketplace and may not be used without written permission.
